Recipients of grants awarded through competitive grant programs at the Greater Everett Community Foundation are required to complete and submit a grant evaluation report at the conclusion of your funding period, or one year from the date of your grant award, whichever comes first.
 
Failure to submit a report may jeopardize your organization’s eligibility for future competitive grants from the Greater Everett Community Foundation.
